A fantastic opportunity to get closer to the La fanzinoteca project, browse through the boxes with hundreds of uncatalogued fanzines, get closer to the anarchive proposal and chat about independent self-publishing publications or anything else.

Anyone can participate without any previous experience, neither in cataloguing nor in the world of self-publishing or fanzines.

The day includes a lunch break where we will taste some delicious recipes cooked by the people responsible for the project.

La Fanzinoteca is a project promoted by Ricardo Duque, Lluc Mayol and Matías Rossi that started in the Saladestar space in the Gràcia neighbourhood of Barcelona and, when this place closed, the project took on a life of its own with the construction of the travelling module that was presented at the Antic Teatre in May 2008. Over the years, the project has travelled to various cultural and educational institutions, community and activist spaces, growing its collection and creating a network of collaborations that have made it a benchmark project in the field of desktop publishing and archiving.
