Restauració: una ruta de col·lecta d'aliments

Following the collaborative mapping carried out by the artists of the Utopia Rambles exhibition, they have been collecting wasted food at the end of the day on the Ramblas, in supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, etc. They have mapped the places and times where food that is still edible is discarded, in order to generate printed material with this information and make it available to those who wish to participate in the route. On 13 May, after the collective collection, a large table will be set up in the Santa Mònica arts centre with everything collected, to be shared by anyone who wishes to do so, and the result of this process will be shared.
