Pensament crític, raó per a l’emancipació

Are we genetically marked to think critically?

Is it possible to achieve neutrality in education?

How can we deal with misinformation and post-truth?

On May 21, the Ferrer Guardia Foundation presents the Ferrer Guardia 2018 Report.

We will talk with some of the authors of the yearbook, about critical thinking and emancipation, such as the doctor in biology, David Bueno, the historian, Valeria Giacomoni and, the communicator and writer, Ignasi Llorente. We will analyse the keys to foster critical thinking from neuroscience to education, going through dogmas, doubt and politics.

The Ferrer Guardia Report is a yearbook prepared by the Foundation where they collect the main data on religiosity and secularism from Catalonia and Spain, as well as articles that want to deepen personal emancipation. The theme of this year has been: critical thinking.

In this report other references from the educational and journalistic world have also participated, such as the journalist Quico Ràfols, the professor David Altimir, the historian Antoni Castells, the researcher in public international law, Santi Castellà, as well as the vice president of the Ferrer Guardia Foundation, Vicenç Molina, and its director, Sílvia Luque.
